Coffee

Question: Can i just order coffee at ihop in la, ca?

I was planning to visit IHOP for coffee in the morning before I go to class to finish up a couple assignments. It's open 24 hours so I thought I should just get a coffee there. Is that ok or do I have to order a plate to stay? cause coffee is like... 1- 2 dollars? xD

Yes but do a couple things. First warn the hostess that all you want is coffee. Secondly, be kind to the server and leave a healthy tip, tying up a table is depriving her of a better tip and you could make it up to her. BTW, there are plenty of coffee / donut shops that would be more appropriate and just as inexpensive. You might try Denney's / Winchel's or Norms restaurants. z
