Coffee Character – Breeding and Positive Influence
Okay, so you really don’t have a coffee character, according to you. But… I’m betting your friends and family would say differently. So, before I get around to describing your coffee character, I’ll tell you what a coffee character is.
Coffee character is that character that you are before you’ve had your first cup of morning Joe and the one you become after you’ve had your Java Injection.
Of course, there are ways to influence your coffee character that have nothing what so ever to do with coffee. But those characters probably aren’t really discussable anyway, so we’ll leave them out there in the sunshine to warm a bit longer – they’re not ripe yet.
Mellow Roast – You’re the kind of character that gets up and moves through the house without any specific direction for the first few moments after day break trying to figure out what’s wrong with the day. When you realize you haven’t had your coffee yet, you go make a pot and take that first sip. Nothing much changes, except that your day is sitting upright and you’re in a better state of mellow.
Full Flavor Dark Roast - you bounce out of bed as if you’ve already had your caffeine. The aroma of your favorite brew is already impaling your family from the kitchen, and you’re moving that direction. Two steps down the stairs and you’ll arrive in full glory pouring your coffee into the largest mug. That first sip brings elation. Your walls are rocking and you’re bounding off them two at a time all day long. You coffee pot’s ready for morning before you hit the pillow, snoring full bore, you’d never waste a moment trying to GET TO SLEEP.
French Roast Vanilla – You’re the organized dresser who arrives in the kitchen in full dress uniform, your brief case under your arm and your cell phone loaded, ready for action. You wait for the cup to fill while you organize your day via text messaging with your secretary (who isn’t as organized as you are, although you’ve been training her for eleven years).
Mediterranean Roast - Like your coffee, you like a little spice in your day. Just a sprinkle of cinnamon will do for today, but tomorrow? You’ll consider something with more flavor. Perhaps spiked with something vivid?
Hazelnut Creme Coffee - Dressed for success, you’ll know what you want when you get there and someone had better have it. You’ll let it go in a heartbeat if it’s out of sinc with your work-a-day world. You don’t NEED coffee to get you going, but you love the flavor. The thrill of Hazelnut Creme Coffee is not the coffee but the creme. You’re in no rush to drink the coffee but you love dipping your finger in the creme. Decadent!
