If you’re not scared absolutely silly by the downfalls of government, these next quote selections should scare the b-willies out of you. Our children are succumbing to the pressure of media, economy and the pitfalls of current “progressive” socialism.

Only about 25% of 16-19 year-old’s are currently working. It’s time for teens to get those Summer jobs! . What was YOUR first job and what life lesson did you learn from it? 888-888-9976 or tell us here!

FAMILY LIFE RADIO

Another young woman noted on her facebook wall:

Wow! Society better pull together and make some changes! I was told tonight that highschool was pointless, its easier to drop out, knock someone up and let the government pay the bills!!! This my friends is the foundation our youth is striving for! Sad!! And they said we can’t change anything so why try!?! We need to instill authority, sense of pride, self worth, and hard work, ambition, determination, and vision into our children before its too late!!

More and more our youth are looking to government to provide for them as is the case with occupiers spending their nights on the capital lawn here in Denver… What ever happened to graduating, starting a business, going into business with Dad or getting a job and earning your own living? Not only is the economic blip causing jobs to be hard to get, for teens (although there are plenty of jobs out there still, almost every place I’ve been is advertizing for new employees recently) but the teens won’t work them. They believe they need higher pay. Where did this come from?

I fully understand the cost of living is going up at an outrageous speed, but we can do something about that, if we stop relying on the government to support us and paying more and more in taxes for revenue spent on supporting those who don’t work.

Get a job. Seriously, stop relying on others and work your way to success. It is beneficial in more ways than you can possibly imagine.

Brought to you by:

Is it any wonder our children are confused?

Just this morning, I read an article discussing moms being threatened with jail for feeding their children good wholesome food. Would Twinkies be better?

The word about “America’s Fraud President” is getting out and the blithering media is worried because the Tea Party is dealing a blistering blow to Obama’s sock puppet media machine.

Here at the Coffee Clatter the Tea Party talk is hot stuff, blistering the liberal ragged left as they perpetuate the vast lies of co-conspiratorial media cohorts who refuse to report the continuing lies of America’s Fraudulent President. What is so difficult to understand? Where does the President of the United States get off – bowing and catering to the Muslim Taliban and Al Quaida Terrorists, while standing against allies of our nation? What part of REPRESENT “We the People” did he not read, when he took his oath of office. Oh… wait… He didn’t MEAN it when he said he would represent the PEOPLE. He wanted to be KING.

We the People are SO NOT his subjects. SO NOT!

So, as ruler in chief, he purports to extend his hand in control by determining what food we are allowed to eat, what we’re allowed to wear, and how WE are to behave — all while he and his traitor team of elitist dignitaries travel the world at high cost to the American public and preposterously proclaim from their ignorance and stupidity that America is SORRY, apologizing for our military leaders. Sorry, HE doesn’t have that right.

At least Twinkies are on the acceptable foods, approved by the FDA for human consumption. So…. Lunch today – Twinkies it is! Happy Mother’s Day!

If you’re aghast at the recent behavior of Obama, toward the Justices of the Supreme Court, perhaps you called his behavior something different. Embarrassing, disgusting, impeachable, scummy… He threatened the Justices! What part of a threat toward our Supreme Court Justices, is acceptable from the White House?

However, if you’re a left wing nut on a high wire, still trying to convince the world that Obama’s issues are Bush’s fault and Obama is a victim of “whatever” you simply pull the RACE Card and the world drops at your feet. That’s DISGUSTING!

Tricia Rose, professor of Africana studies at Brown University and regular guest on Current TV, told me on the phone Thursday. “I would be interested in seeing if any past president has ever been called a thug by political leaders.”

This article drips racial implications, but in her quest to find out if any other president has been called a Thug, she misses the point. No other President has EVER threatened the Justices of the Supreme Court. None. It never EVER happened before. So, what part of that would indicate that ANY other President (or person holding the office hostage) ever deserved to be CALLED a thug?

The use of this particular word is aimed toward implying that President Obama is no different than a common criminal. And the timing of this new swell of “thug” connotations around President Obama comes just as he is gaining momentum in polls… (more…)

It seems there would be a bigger uprising against Obama for usurping the responsibility of the Supreme Court to determine if the laws created are constitutional or not, since that is indeed the job of the Supreme Court Justices.

President Barack Obama took an opening shot at conservative justices on the Supreme Court on Monday, warning that a rejection of his sweeping healthcare law would be an act of “judicial activism” that Republicans say they abhor. (more…)

Political leaders across the nation have asked Obama on numerous occasions to mind his manners, yet he seems incapable of behaving like a President.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell this week said the president “crossed a dangerous line” in his statements urging the Supreme Court against judicial activism, and suggested that Obama “back off,” (more…)

Since it seems to be a common thread of Obama to threaten others, and thug behavior seems rampant through the White House these days, is it any wonder that more and more people are beginning to recognize the thug that infiltrated the White House nearly four years ago for the crook he is? I think not. Open your eyes America, this one is in full view.

In a day and time when this country needs solid, ROCK solid leadership from a man who believes in the Constitution and the power behind the position he holds, WE THE PEOPLE need a president who stands up and fights for US. Fights for the US and stands proud to be an American, unapologetic for ANYTHING. We need a leader, a President who understands the importance of being an American in this time.

This article says it well. Obama is NOT the man who should be in this office. No malice, no bitterness, no hatred here. He’s simply NOT the American for the job.

the citizens of the United States must protect themselves from a president who is either incapable or unwilling to fulfill his responsibilities to the American people and respect the Constitutionally proscribed limitations on his powers.

Obama’s pronouncement about the Supreme Court was so disingenuous and divisive as alone to warrant impeachment proceedings. Obama, a one-time senior lecturer in constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law School, told a group of reporters at a Rose Garden news conference that since the Affordable Care Act was passed by a “strong majority,” a finding of unconstitutionality would constitute “judicial activism.” Nothing could be further from the truth. Judicial activism is when judges exceed their appropriate powers and legislate from the bench. Judicial review, in contrast, is one of the Supreme Court’s primary functions.

Evidently, according to the Wall Street Journal – Obama now ‘warns the Supreme Court’ of WHAT?

“For years, what we’ve heard is the biggest problem on the bench was judicial activism or the lack of judicial restraint, that an unelected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constituted and passed law,” he said at a news conference. The health-care case is a good example of just that, he said. “And I’m pretty confident that this court will recognize that and not take that step.”

Last I knew, the job of the judicial branch of government was to make sure the legislative branch of the government — AKA OBAMA — didn’t overreach his ability to write new law that was unattractive and non-compliant with the Constitution. Perhaps their new job should be to put the poltergeist behind bars so he’d stop messing with the people of the United States and the laws of this great nation. His meddling has demarked the nation far longer than he should have.

Overturn Obamacare, thoughts by Sunny Roseman

Just yesterday Obama questioned how an “unelected group of people” could overturn a law approved by Congress. He followed with: “I’m confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress.”

Sunny explains the purpose of the Supreme Court in his discussion of this topic. He questions Obama:

Many people wonder why he would pick a fight with the Supreme Court on his supposed “Crowning Piece of Legislation.” The answer is simple: He and most members of his party will be destroyed if the Law is overturned as it seems likely to be. They will be seen by the American public as the party who tried to do something unconstitutional to them during hard times. Not good at all!

He discusses the options Obama has for holding his power over the American people:

I think the only way he can stay in office would be to cancel the elections due to some contrived national emergency and declare martial law, disband Congress and the Supreme Court…suspend the Constitution.

I wouldn’t put it past him to try that. He is our modern day Hitler! I believe that with all my heart.

If in doubt about Obama’s threat to the American people over the next several months… Stay tuned… His actions are speaking loud and clear in every action he takes.

Visiting a local coffee shop recently I overheard a discussion between two rather conservative appearing gentlemen, waiting for their coffee and breakfast. Breakfast of course, included a couple of cinnamon topped Duffy Rolls and one of their infamous egg concoctions along side.

“The money just doesn’t go as far as it used to go,” the older man said.

“Are you making out okay?” the younger man appeared concerned.

“Oh, we’ll do okay, I plan to put in a garden again this year, and we just won’t drive anywhere except the grocery store.” The old man sipped his coffee as the younger man paid with a credit card, “I’m glad we don’t have any debt, because we couldn’t afford to pay it off, with the increase in the cost of essentials.”

“Yeah, paying off your debt before retirement was a good plan,” the young man agreed.

He looked at his credit card and stuck it back in his wallet. He was nearing those retirement years himself, with a heavy line of debt chalked up from years of living a bit past his means.

“The way it looks, Social Security won’t be an option for you and Lillie. Do you have a back up plan?” The old man sat across the table sipping hot coffee.

“We’re set,” the young man lied. He winked at the older man, they both smiled. “We’re healthy, we both love our jobs and we plan to work well into retirement. It’s just part of the fun of working, keeping up with those kids long after they should be taking over our positions.”

“Being forced to take retirement because of my health was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. I’m so bored not doing anything at all, all day long.” The old man watched wistfully as two younger men entered the coffee shop dressed in construction gear. “I wish I’d shifted to a field where I could have worked longer, like you did.”

“Administration is easier on the bones,” the young man agreed.

“I wonder if a waitress in these self serve coffee shops would bring them in more money?” the old man watched wistfully, wishing someone would fill up his empty coffee cup.

The younger man nodded.

Service isn’t like it used to be… there’s just nothing quite like the old diner.

The program continued, some called it the Robin Hood instinct, others had a different name for it, theft.

When the program of helping others to build houses came up in the late 70′s it was called humanity. The program of helping those less fortunate than the wealthy in this nation became a government clearing house for controlling the wealth of the few to provide for the many. It didn’t work. The real estate industry blossomed, boomed and collapsed.

With health care a major objective of many in the United States, building a national tower of prescription medication and limiting the access of the medical services of hospitals, to those who have insurance required by the government, the most recent program scheduled for government demise, will be health care.

Can we afford these continued attempts to destroy the American infrastructure? No. It’s time to vote CONSERVATIVE and stop compromising our future.
